Sorry the last few weeks have been so hard but I’m really glad you&#039;re not giving up and I think moving the date and lowering the goal weight a bit is a good idea.  The fact that you&#039;ve kept the 10 pounds off means you know how to maintain your weight loss.....it&#039;s just a matter of getting back on the wagon to lose more which it sounds like you&#039;re ready to do.  

Weight loss is indeed a roller coaster with lots of ups and downs but as long as you get back up after the down then you&#039;re on the right track.  I know it&#039;s been hard for us to get together but if you want some additional tips on how to eat out and still maintain your progress let me know.  Of course eating at home and preparing meals is the best way but not always possible.  I can give you some additional tips on eating out and how to handle crazy weeks although you did really well.  You gained a couple of pounds but kept the majority of it off so that&#039;s really awesome.   

I really think long term success is in your reach.  If it takes you longer to reach your goal weight then so be it....the important thing is that you get back on track and keep moving forward.  I think you&#039;re video is very brave and inspiring and others could truly benefit from what you&#039;re going through.  

The most important goals in life are never easy..........but always attainable.  You go girl!</description>
