Day 84 – Week 12

I didn’t fully apply myself this week, but managed to lose a pound. To date I’ve lost a total of 15 lbs. Woohoo! I lost 10 lbs. in 2 months! Sure, it’s not quite where I wanted to be at 2 months into the 6 months of my weight loss journey, but I haven’t gained weight and I haven’t given up.
