Woohoo! I lost 10 lbs. in 2 months! Sure, it’s not quite where I wanted to be at 2 months into the 6 months of my weight loss journey, but I haven’t gained weight and I haven’t given up. Day 28 – Week 4 Progress

Great news!! I lost 8 lbs. in 4 weeks. That’s 2 lbs. a week…so I’m right on target. If my calculations are correct and I lose 2 lbs. a week for 26 weeks (6 months), I will have lost 52 lbs. by the end of May 2012.
